Dr Smita Joshi has been practicing homeopathy since last 23 years. She completed her graduation in Homeopathy (BHMS) from DS Homeopathic Medical college, Pune, and her post-graduation MD (Hom) from MUHS, Nashik.She has also completed her MA in Clinical Psychology from SNDT, Mumbai University. She has completed her three levels of hypnotherapy from California hypnosis institute (EKAA), Mumbai.

She has been the editor for the Prana magazine which is an annual magazine with articles of doctors on specialty based homeopathic treatment.

She has been invited as a guest lecturer by the rotary club Kothrud chapter, Poona club women’s association to share her views on homeopathy. She has held various seminars on role of homeopathy in the effective treatment of ADD/ADHD.

She conducts lectures regularly for homeopathic students and practitioners through The Other Song Academy Mumbai, and at PRANA, a premier institute in homeopathy.

She has taken workshops on the importance of sexual education in childhood in various schools in Pune. She has been counseling parents, special children and administers therapy for various emotional and behavioral problems.

She has been working as an honorary consultant in Homeopathy at the prestigious Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune for the past 10 years.Currently, she takes care of the Childcare & Therapy at Prana.
